"After being a runner for a number of years, my feet/knees/ankles have various problems to the point I have to limit myself to exercise walking. Over the last few years, both my right Achilles tendon and foot arch have recurring pain issues. Customized shoe orthotics solved the problem for a while, but only temporarily. Each time I have a recurrence, it takes months to get past it, where rest, ice, stretching does not seem to help much. The following factors support my conclusion that acupuncture is helping me.
1. Acupuncture fully took away a serious bout of vertigo. Not only did it clear it up but it has not returned in several months.
2. Acupuncture greatly reduced my swollen feet and removed a lot of fluid from my feet and legs.
3. Great relief in leg cramps have also been a factor in my support of acupuncture.
4. Last and most important I have had multi operations to fuse vertebras as a result of a bad fall. Rods and pins have been installed at each operation. As a result I have significant and constant back pain which is made worse by weather changes. Acupuncture has relieved this back pain for which I am thankful. It has not gone away but it has greatly helped me.

Dr.Sachs has helped me out tremendously over the past few months. She does a range of different natural Chinese therapies including acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, and herbal treatments.
